Order Process & Fulfillment

Additional shipping charges will apply for deliveries to locations outside of the UK. The customer is responsible for customs fees, import taxes/duties, and other non-UK charges.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment of the order from our fulfillment center. Ownership transfers upon receipt of full payment.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most products in saleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return products to us. We cannot accept returns of gift cards or personalized items.
